Yashira Gruszynski, CEO and co-founder of Gruszynski Capital has over 10 years experience in negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar Tech and Telecom projects and programs. Yashira has a passion for marketing, branding, strategic business initiatives, process improvements, and cost reductions. Yashira is also a licensed Texas Realtor that specializes in investment and luxury properties.
After serving in the Marine Corps Reserves working on electronics and guidance systems, Gabe
spent over 20 years in the cellular industry in construction and program management, having
last served as a director handling all in-building operations for one of the largest privately held
tower companies in the US until just this year.
He has extensive experience in negotiating and
managing multi-million-dollar contracts. Over the course of his career, he accumulated a
number of certifications, including an active PMP and a Certificate of Management from UTD
(deemed their mini-MBA). The lifelong student got his foundational multifamily education from
Michael Blank and is in a few masterminds, including Legacy Family by Tim Bratz.
Having initially started off in single family 5 years ago, that focus shifted to multifamily 2 years
ago to take advantage of his analytical skills and project management background. Gabe looks
at multiple data points to help determine where we can add more value to properties, which in
turn provides the best returns for investor partners.
He’s gone full cycle on one deal providing a
2x+ equity multiple to investors in ~18 months and has stabilized and increased value of
another asset they are sole owners of by 2.5x in less than a year, enabling them to refinance
out of bridge debt and pull cash out. He is also opening a commercial loan brokerage that will
focus primarily on institutional equity (and finally putting a NMLS license to work he’s had for
several years). When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
Dave is founder of PFSF Investments and CEO and President of Trinity Multifamily, with over 22k units under management, and over 15 years’ experience in multifamily and property management. He has turned 100+ communities and improved operation and occupancy levels; assets were turned around within 6-12 months. Dave has provided leadership and planning for takeovers and integrations of more than 15k units in 11 States.
Julie Lam, co-founder and CEO of Goodegg Investments, has been investing in real estate since 2009. Goodegg Investments has syndicated 6,600+ multifamily units, worth over $800M. She focuses on preserving and growing investor capital by identifying conservative investment opportunities that are acquired and managed by experienced partners who have a proven track record of success.
Annie Dickerson, co-founder and COO at Goodegg Investments, has invested in multifamily real estate since 2008. Goodegg Investments has syndicated 6,600+ multifamily units, worth over $800M. Annie’s current portfolio spans multiple markets around the country and includes both active and passive investments. Annie specializes in strategic brand initiatives, investor education, and marketing.
Tim Bratz is president of Legacy Wealth Holdings. LWH buys, improves, and holds multifamily throughout Ohio, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, & Texas. Tim has extensive experience with single family retail flips, turnkey investments, private lending, vacation rentals, and commercial real estate syndication. Today, Tim's portfolio consists of over 3,934+ rental units, with a portfolio value of $335,000,000.
Randy Primrose founded Magnolia in August 2011. Previously, Randy was responsible for developing and designing nearly 3,500 apartments for UDR, an S&P 400 apartment real estate investment trust. Randy has worked in acquisitions, sales and construction management. Currently, Randy oversees all development activity for Magnolia. They currently own and manage over 2,000 doors in Texas.
Through his company Nighthawk Equity, Michael control's over $65 million in performing multifamily assets all over the United States. Michael has helped students acquire over 750 units valued in excess of $27M. He is the host of the popular podcast “Apartment Building Investing with Michael Blank” and he writes regularly for the Bigger Pockets and Flipnerd’s REI Classroom.
